AHEAD is a cohort-based, Pan-African training community for ambitious professionals. Its layered program builds identity, business capability and future-ready AI skills, supported by mentorship, peer networks and connections to the wider Peralta ecosystem and beyond.

A short assessment-based selection. Successful applicants are enrolled and placed into a cohort with a persistent peer group.

To graduate: all 3 Identity and 5 Business courses, all 8 AI Fundamentals modules, and every module of one Specialist track course — 10 courses in total.
A single certificate for the whole journey — no per-area certificates. It says you completed the climb, end to end.
Every Specialist track course you complete in full earns a badge on your profile — including electives beyond the one required to certify. Keep learning, keep collecting.
