Over a 3-to-4-month period, you'll embark on a journey to think and operate like a top African business professional. The time commitment is around 40 hours per month.

You will undergo an assessment process, and successful candidates will be notified.
Applications may be rejected if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or if the assessment is not satisfactorily completed.
The program lasts 3-4 months, requiring about 40 hours per month. It covers various business and leadership skills tailored for the African market.
Approximately 10 hours per week.
Organizations can access a pool of trained professionals for potential employment or freelance opportunities. We also offer corporate training programs with AHEAD content for organizations that wish to develop their existing staff.
AHEAD is available to individuals from the African continent and the African diaspora.
The first cohort has no application fee. Future cohorts will be a blend of scholarship holders and paying candidates.
Applicants must be aged 18-35 years, hail from the African continent or diaspora, have fluency in written and verbal English, and possess a university degree.
